Welcome to cTFbase! The cTFbase was created to store and analyze all the putative transcription factors (TFs) in the cyanobacterial genomes. For each genome, the repertoire of TFs was identified and classified into different families. This work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (30571009). More detailed information about cTFbase is shown in the Introduction page.

Main functions provided in the current release:

  • Browse TF sequences and domain architectures;

  • Download all or a specific TF sequence(s);

  • Blast sequence similarity search;

  • Multiple alignment of amino acid sequences of DBD within specific family;

  • Identify the orthologs of TFs from the selected genomes;

  • Browse phyloengy of specific TF family.

  • Search protein of interest via protein ID, species or family.
