Welcome to ArchaeaTF!
The ArchaeaTF is a collection of putative transcription factors (TFs) in the completed Archaeal genomes and contains detailed annotation information about TFs: such as basic sequence characteristics, domain architectures and sequence similarities against the linked databases. Moreover, ArchaeaTF can serve as a useful platform for comparative genomics analysis of TFs in Archaea, which may helps users to analyze, utilize and understand the data more effectively.
The facilities implemented in the current release ArchaeaTF 2.0:
- Simple browse of TF entries;
- Keywords search of TF entries;
- Blast sequence similarity search of TF entries;
- Multiple alignment of amino acid sequences of DBD within specific family;
- Identify the orthologs of TFs from the selected genomes;
- Construct a phylogenetic tree of TFs within specific family;
- Kind Links to related literatures and databases;
- Download TF sequences;
